So y’all were very good at giving info and listening to me as a customer. Lisa was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I had to call back and talked to the same person. Lisa didn’t make me feel like I was stupid for my questions. I really appreciated that! Haven’t got the email saying it was shipped yet. The people I’ve told about you say “I found a good deal”. Waiting to get my car back on the road! Wish me luck y’all! Donna

The ordering process went fairly well. The one glitch was that after I sent verification info, I kept getting messages for two more days saying I still needed to send it. When I finally reached a live person (left two messages but my calls were never returned), he told me that they had received the info a day or two ago. Would have been nice if they had let me know. Rating based on ordering process only. It has been several days since they got all my info and said they would proceed with shipping, but I still haven’t received any notification that it has been shipped.

Very pleased with entire experience. Ease of ordering, tracking and communication with customer service. Would highly recommend. Even my mechanic was impressed with condition of the engine.

Just put it in so far good it took a little longer then said but overall good.
