How long will it take to get my Engine?

Typical shipping time usually takes between 7-14 business days, but could be a little longer due to unusual circumstances (such as weather, volume, etc.)

How does my Engine arrive?

Your Engine comes strapped to a 3x3 pallet, fully shrink wrapped and drained of all fluids. It arrives to your shipping address via a common carrier, such as Old Dominion or R&L Carriers.

What will I be receiving?

You will be receiving a 100% interchangeable Engine for your exact vehicle. Engines are made to fit a certain number of years, makes and models. Your Engine will fit this criteria.

What comes with my engine?

Engines come complete, minus the AC Compressor, Starter, Alternator, and Power Steering Pump. All other parts left on the engines are for convenience purposes only.

Will my Engine come from the exact year, make and model that my vehicle is?

It may, but OEM Engines are interchangeable with multiple years, makes and models which means the same part is an exact fit for multiple makes and models as determined by OEM standards. We guarantee the Engine we sell to fit your vehicle.

Do all quotes include Free Shipping?

Yes they do! If you live in either Alaska or Hawaii there is an additional shipping charge. There is a $ Residential shipping fee if you are having your Engine shipped to either your home address, or one of the boroughs of New York (Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island or Staten Island).

What payment do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard either through our website or over the phone. We also accept Discover, but only when placing an order by phone. Wire Transfers may also be made available.

I've placed my order and signed my invoice form, what do I do next?

Nothing. You will be emailed tracking information within approximately 1 week.
